Birthdays

We are getting ready for a big weekend. We are going to celebrate several birthdays for Sept. Rem is 6, Tyler 14, My Dad ..?, Barry . . 4?, Troy, my husband, 4?. They are all special people in my life. I love birthdays because are nice to you on your day and you get CAKE. I love a good cake. The gifts are ok but I like being around friends, eating and laughing. Something always happens to crack us up. I am looking forward to spending time together.

It's football time in Tennessee

This is my favorite time of year. Football season. I think it is important to encourage our kids to participate in "team" sports because you are teaching not only a game but to learn to work together. Football is exciting from start to finish. I am glad my son likes to play and my daughter was the water girl/equipment manager for our high school team all 4 years of high school.
